As recently announced, Broadway Commons will no longer
offer the downtown shuttle service.
In an exclusive agreement with Queen City Metro, Broadway
Commons Parking Customers will
be able to ride Metro from a Gilbert Avenue bus stop to
several downtown locations! Here’s how
the offer works:
Monthly
Parking Rate will be REDUCED to $40.00 monthly!
Daily Parking Rate will be REDUCED to $2.00 daily!
Parkers can ride Metro for $ .50 cents each way!
Beginning January
1, 2006 all monthly parkers will be given a monthly Metro
discount card that
will be honored for the $ .50 cent fare. Daily parkers
will need to pick up their discount card in
the parking lot office, Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Any parker without a discount card
can ride Metro for $1.00 each way.
Queen City Metro bus operates Routes 11 and 69 that will
pick up and drop off on Gilbert Avenue, with several stops
available throughout downtown. The routes operate from
5:00am to 12:00am Monday thru Friday with stops every
10 - 15 minutes up until 7:00pm, then every 30 minutes.
Please note
that during the re-development of Fountain Square,
some Metro stops have been relocated temporarily.
