Q: How do Parkers renew their Monthly Passes?
A: Parkers can renew monthly passes from the 15th of the previous month to the 3rd of the current month by either coming into the office located on the Broadway Commons lot or sending payment via mail.

Q: Are monthly passes honored during special events?
A: No.

Q: Is there free parking on the weekend?
A: No. There is a pay box in the lot for weekend service and customers who want to park to catch the Greyhound bus.
